Owned by Michel and Catherine Vallet, their son Laurent and his wife Elodie, this is very much a family run company in its fifth and sixth generations. Making exquisite cognac, with a noticeable floral style, they have 90 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Archiac where the Grande and the Petite Champagne meet.
