Founded by musician Sergio Caballero and Francesc Grimalt, this is possibly the first ever winery to have its own song. Francesc is a highly respected winemaker who with extensive experience at winery Anima Negra and is famous for having rejuvenated interest in local grape Callet which features in all of their wines. The name 4Kilos comes from the original investment of 4 million pesetas.
