VENETO, ITALY
Purchasing the Brigaldara vineyard in 1929, the Cesari family had an estate that not only had olives and grapes, but fruit and cereals. With a history going back to 1260, this estate transformed in the 1970s, when the family started producing their own wine rather than selling the grapes to other companies.
Over the thirty five subsequent years, more land has been bought as well as renting some as well, which has enabled them to increase production to approximately 250,000 bottles every year but without sacrificing quality, nor that family influence.
