AY, CHAMPAGNE
A dormant Champagne label since the 1950's, Alexandre Cornot decided to breathe new life into this old producer. Planning began in 2008, and then spent over half a decade finding the right grape growers to enable him to have continuity. The first release was in 2014, and the house style is an elegant aperitif style.
