Hailing from Colonsay Isle, with a population of only 120, Colonsay Gin produced their first batch of 750 bottles in December, 2016. The popularity of their gin certainly suggests there will be more to come, but at the moment, a bottle of Colonsay Gin can be a rare sight.

The gin presents a lovely nose which is characterised by a playful balance between citrus and heather. The body follows suit with an initial burst of juniper and citrus, which is rounded out by the six locally foraged island botanicals. This gin is tremendously smooth, exceptionally delicious, and manages to capture a sense of the terroir of its small, island home.
