The Ribeiro DO is on the eastern side of Galicia and Coto de Gomariz has a microclimate that makes it perfect for growing local grape varieties. Owner Ricardo Carreiro and winemaker Xose Lois Sebio have introduced biodynamic practices to the vineyards, so this producer is making traditional wines in a traditional way - just what I want!
