Bernard Latour his two sons Julien and Emilien have created a range of fantastic wines from their 32 hectares, and are now organic... well, they always have been, it is just now official!
Their vines average age is now more than 40 years old, and their focus is making old fashioned, spicy wines from the Rhone. Too often winemakers try and polish things, but I think that now and again, you want a little bit of imperfection to make things perfect, and that is what Latour does.
