Ogilvy Spirits
ANGUS, SCOTLAND
Graeme & Caroline Jarron had an idea. They wanted to take the produce from their potato farm near Glamis in Scotland and share it, somehow, to the world. They knew that exporting potatoes wasn't going to work, and everyone is now making potato crisps, so why not make vodka.
They recruited Abhishek Banik to make their potato vodka, and built a distillery in one of the buildings on Graeme's family farm. The result is a vodka with exquisite balance, hints of sweetness and freshness all together in the same mouthful. Stylishly packaged, thanks to Caroline's job as a designer, it really is a lovely vodka.
