Paco & Lola is a young winery that strives to innovate and compete in an evolving wine world. They focus on modern technology, eye-catching branding, and making fun, approachable wines that everyone will enjoy. Paco & Lola is a member of the largest co-op in Rias Baixas and are able to access grapes from over 1800 small vineyards across the Galician countryside. Despite how chaotic this may seem, Paco & Lola take painstaking measures to monitor and control quality from grape-picking to vinification to bottling. The resulting wines are continuously delicious and fun to share with a group of friends.
