Christian Ebert is a hands on winemaker whose passion for hunting and the landscape of the breathtaking Schloss Saarstein inform his every winemaking decision.
Behind him are a team of incredibly dedicated staff who have worked on the steep slopes of the vineyard for many years. He is also one of only 4 winemakers in the region who invests his time in training apprentices, passing on his vast knowledge onto the next generation.
