Tasting Note

The colour is bright and purple. Intense aromas of cherry, strawberry, violet, and berries with a little hint of spices dominate this pretty bottle. The mouth is light, delicate and supple with flavors of juicy and fresh red fruits. Can be enjoyed as aperitif with paté and camembert. This easy-drinking wine goes well with pizza and “croque monsieur”

Complices de Loire is boutique  brand from the Loire Valley, born  from the Friendship of François  Xavier Barc and Gérald Vallée in  2010.

Gérald Vallée comes from a long  line of winemakers in Saint-Nicolas  de Bourgueil while François-Xavier  Barc is a former winemaker of  Charles Joguet in Chinon. 

Their experiences enabled to  ensure that the characteristics of  the terroir and the typicity of the Loire Valley grape varietals shine  through in their wines.
