Tasting Note

This wine is like an iron fist in a velvet glove. Fruity and velvety (obviously) with a beautiful kind of power that doesn't overwhelm. A long and elegant finish that leaves you to savour this particularly pleasant creation.

Producer

Founded in 2001 by the Redmont-Di Tonno family, Talamonti can be found in a picturesque, unspoiled area of the Abruzzi.

Their sole desire is to express their unique terroir, through their growing portfolio of wines. They seek out the best interaction between the varietals in the vineyards with the sun exposure, the training method and the desired yield.

The most important environmental characteristic of Abruzzi today is the incredible diodiversity that is present, filled with a large range of National Parks and over 20% of the region is covered by woods. The region borders the Apennine mountain range towards the west, the Maiella mountain range towards the south, the Sibylline massif towards the north and the Adriatic Sea towards the east, providing a completely unique climate and terroir.
