Set up by James Clarke in 2012, The Ely Gin Company focuses on making delightful flavoured gins. Unlike many other flavoured gins, Clarke's products are a higher strenght (30% vol) which means that when they are diluted with other liquids you still get some of that juniper and alcohol kick.
