Wemyss Malts

The Wemyss Family (pron. 'Weems') are native to the Kingdom of Fife, and their ancestral home, Wemyss Castle, has sat above the cliffs on the east coast of Fife.

William Wemyss founded Wemyss Malts in 2005, creating a range of independent bottlings of Single Malts and a range of delicious blended malts.

In 2015 they filled their first cask from their new distillery, Kingsbarns, which is situated on the estate of Cambo House, home to the Erskine family, around eight miles from the historic town of St Andrews.
